Configure the Expense Type
Expense types can be customized using the available check boxes.
Examples include:
Available in the Travel module – makes the expense type available when employees register travel claims.
Available in the Expenses module – makes the expense type available for standalone expense claims.
Receipt must be uploaded – requires employees to attach a receipt or other supporting documentation before the expense can be submitted.
These settings allow you to control where each expense type is available and help ensure that the required documentation is always provided.
