Find and use the Handbook

Where do I find the handbook in Simployer One?

If you've been granted access to your company's handbook, you'll find a Handbooks link in the left-hand menu of Simployer One. Select Handbooks to open the handbook start page.

How do I ask a question in the handbook?

On the Handbooks start page, use the Ask me anything search box to type your question, or select one of the suggested questions shown underneath it (for example, "What do I need to get computer glasses?").

When you submit or select a question, an AI Chatbot panel opens with an answer from Sia, the AI chatbot built into the handbook. Sia's answer is based on the content published in your company's handbook.

Note: You can rate Sia's answer using the thumbs up or thumbs down icons underneath it.

How do I view content from a specific handbook if my company has more than one?

If your company has more than one handbook (for example, one for "Chef" and one for "Personal"), you'll see a Group content checkbox in the My Content panel on the Handbooks start page.

• Select Group content to list the available handbooks separately, and expand each one to see its content.
• If your company has only one handbook, the Group content checkbox isn't shown, and content is listed directly by topic.
