What is Handbooks?
Handbooks is where you find answers to policy and workplace questions, such as vacation rules or internal guidelines, without having to ask HR directly. Handbooks content is organized into content packs and topics, and you can search it using a built-in AI assistant.
Handbooks content comes from two sources:
- Content packs written and maintained by Simployer's own HR experts
- Content created by your own company
Most companies use a mix of both types of content.

- Review the answer. The AI assistant searches across all the Handbooks content you have access to and gives you a direct answer.
You can ask your question in whatever language you're comfortable with. Handbooks answers in the same language you asked in, regardless of the language the underlying articles were written in.
