Create a content pack

What is a content pack?

Handbook content in Simployer One is organized into content packs. A content pack can contain articles you create yourself, or Simployer-verified articles you activate as-is. You must create at least one content pack before you can add handbook articles.

How do I create a new content pack?

1. Select Handbooks in the left-hand menu.
2. Select Content Management in the top-right corner.
3. Select Create new content pack.
4. Enter a title for the content pack when prompted.
5. Select Open Content Pack to start adding articles and setting access permissions.

Where do I see handbook analytics as a Handbooks Administrator?

As a Handbooks Administrator, the Handbooks start page shows the following figures:

• Unique Viewers – the number of unique employees who viewed handbook content this month.
• Referred by AI – the number of readers referred to handbook content by Sia this month.
• Library Size – the current number of published and unpublished articles across your handbooks.
