How do I find my part of a salary review?
- Go to Compensation > Salary reviews.
- Find the salary review where your Role is shown as Approver.
- Click the name of the salary review to open it.
Tip: Collapse the left-hand menu to see more of the screen without scrolling, since the salary review table has many columns.
How do I allocate budget to my planners?
- Open the salary review.
- In the Budget column, enter an amount in Value, or enter a Percent.
- Add a comment for the planner if needed, using the comment icon.
- Click Send to planners in the top-right corner.
Note: The planners receive an email notification once you send them the budget.
How do I review and approve salary proposals from planners?
Once a planner has submitted their salary proposals, you can review them.
- Open the salary review.
- Review the employee table, which shows each employee's current salary, the suggested increase, the currency, and the resulting new salary.
- Read any comments the planner left for you.
- Click Approve or Reject in the Action column.
Important: If you reject a proposal, you must leave a comment. The proposal is sent back to the planner, who can make adjustments and resubmit it to you.
How do I send approved proposals to the final approver?
- Once you have approved all planner proposals, your part of the salary review reaches 100% complete.
- Click Send to final approver, followed by the final approver's name, in the top-right corner.
Note: If the final approver rejects the proposals, you receive an email notification. You can then send the proposals back to the planners for further adjustments, review the updates, and resend them to the final approver.
