How do I find my part of a salary review?
- Go to Compensation > Salary reviews.
- Find the salary review where your Role is shown as Planner.
- Click the name of the salary review to open it.
How do I view comments addressed to me?
- Open the salary review.
- Click Comment in the top-right corner to view and reply to any comments addressed to you.
How do I set a salary increase for an employee?
- Open the salary review.
- Find the employee in the Employees table.
- Enter an Amount increase, or enter a Percentage increase. The New salary is calculated automatically.
How do I apply a bulk salary increase?
- Open the salary review.
- Click Bulk increase in the top-right corner of the Employees table.
- Enter an amount or percentage to apply to all employees at once. You can still adjust individual employees afterward.
Note: All changes save automatically. You'll see an “All changes saved” message below the table.
Important: If your proposals exceed your allocated budget, the budget percentage is marked in red. You can still submit your proposals.
How do I submit my salary proposals?
- Once you're ready, click Send to approver in the top-right corner.
- Your part of the salary review reaches 100% complete, and the status changes to Submitted.
Note: The button may show a different label if there's no approver assigned to your part of the review. See “Missing information” below.
Important: If your proposals are rejected, you receive an email notification. Return to the salary review, make the necessary changes, and resubmit your proposals.
FAQs
Can I still submit my proposals if I go over budget?
Yes. If you exceed your allocated budget, the budget indicator turns red, but you can still submit your proposals.
What happens to my proposals if they're rejected?
You receive an email notification and can make adjustments before resubmitting your proposals.
