Where can I see response rates in Employee Surveys?

Go to Employee surveys > Results > then select the Response rate tab. The Response rate tab shows the response rate for the groups you have permission to view.

  1. In the Show response rate for box at the top of the page, select the group you want to view.
  2. If you select a parent group, scroll down on the page to see its subgroups. Each group appears in a separate box.
  3. To compare the selected group with another group, select a group under Compare to. This step is optional.

Note: You can also see response rate information in these Employee Surveys views:

  • Dashboard: The overall response rate for your latest pulse is shown on the Employee Surveys Dashboard.
  • Individual Questions: Go to Employee surveys > Results > then select the Individual Questions tab. The menu bar for each question can show the response rate for that question.

What information can I see in the Response rate tab?

The Response rate tab gives you an overview of the response rate for the groups you have permission to view and that you have selected in the Show response rate for box.

  • Group details: Hold your pointer over a group box to see more information in written form, including the number of group members.
  • Response rate trend: An arrow in the group box shows whether the response rate has increased or decreased.
  • Top and bottom groups: At the bottom of the page, you can see the groups with the highest and lowest response rates.
  • Usage: At the bottom of the page, you can see how many recipients responded using the web and how many responded using the app.

How are response rates color-coded in Employee Surveys?

Employee Surveys uses colors to help you identify groups with high and low response rates:

  • Red: The response rate is between 0% and 49%.
  • White: The group has too few answers to show a response rate.

How do I download response rate data as a CSV file?

In Show response rate for, select the group you want to include. Then select the folder download icon in the Response rate tab to download the response rate data as a CSV file. You can download CSV data for both groups and group comparisons.
