Who can use Sia in Microsoft Teams
Sia, Simployer One's HR assistant, is available in Microsoft Teams for employees, managers, admins, and owners. Once you add the Sia app to Teams and connect it to your Simployer One account, you can ask Sia questions, complete HR tasks, and receive notifications directly inside Teams.
How do I add and connect Sia in Microsoft Teams?
Follow these steps to install the Sia app in Microsoft Teams and connect it to your Simployer One account:
- Open Microsoft Teams.
- Click Apps in the left-hand menu.
- Search for Sia by Simployer and click on the app.
- In the pop-up window, click Add to install the app.
- Once Sia is installed, click Open to open the chat.
- Read the welcome message from Sia, then click Login to connect your Simployer One account.
- You'll be redirected to your browser. Log in to Simployer One to complete the connection.
- Return to Microsoft Teams. Sia is now connected and ready to use.
Note: If you're asked to log in again later, this usually means your Simployer One session has expired. Logging in again will re-authenticate your account, and you can continue using Sia in Teams as normal.

- Find policy information based on your organization's handbooks.
- Respond to requests and notifications, such as approvals, inside Teams, depending on your role and access.
