New in Sia: charts become artifacts, starting with two new reports

Modified on Wed, 21 Oct at 4:19 PM

Ask Sia a question about your people data today and the answer comes back as a chart in the conversation. We're replacing those charts with artifacts: results that open into their own full view, with the headline numbers, the chart and the detail behind it in one place.

The first release comes with two reports: the Absence Report and the Competence CV.

Absence Report

Ask Sia about sick leave and get a report you can read in seconds: total sick days, how many departments are covered, and which one is highest. Below that sits a chart by department, then a details table with sick days and headcount for each one, so you can see the numbers behind the bars.

Competence CV

Sia can generate a Competence CV for an employee from HRM and Competence data: role, department and manager at the top, then skills grouped by proficiency level from 1 to 5, each with a short description. Certificates are listed by expiration date, and expired ones are flagged so they stand out.

Download what you see

Artifacts can be downloaded as PNG or PDF, so a report is easy to share with a colleague or keep a copy outside Sia.

Who it's for

Built with Owners and HR Admins in mind: people who need a clear, readable answer about absence and competence without piecing it together themselves.
