What happens
This isn't something you trigger yourself — it's detected automatically when the wizard tests your connection in Connect to your source. If more than one employee record already exists in your Simployer One account, you'll see a blocking message instead of the usual "Connected" confirmation: "This Simployer One account already has employee data."
Continue stays disabled — there's no next step to take yourself here.
If you run into a problem
"This Simployer One account already has employee data" — contact us to have the account reset before proceeding. There's no self-service fix for this.
Can I proceed anyway?
No — importing into an account that already has data risks duplicates or conflicts, so the wizard blocks Continue until we reset the account.
