Modified on Thu, 1 Oct at 9:24 AM

A system administrator can grant Simployer time-limited database access when requested or agreed in advance.

In some support cases, Simployer may need temporary access to your database to investigate and resolve the case.

What should you know before granting Simployer access?

  • Grant Simployer access only after a request from Simployer or when agreed in advance
  • A system administrator in your organization must grant Simployer access
  • Limit Simployer access to the time necessary

  • Enter the access duration for each application

What happens after you grant Simployer access?

Once access is active, Simployer can sign in and access the necessary information in the database to assist with the case.
