Generate a seniority report

Modified on Mon, 5 Oct at 10:30 AM

Learn how HR staff and managers can retrieve employee seniority data in Simployer Classic.

You can retrieve employee seniority data in two ways.

Option A: Use the Pick list report

  1. Go to Reports in the left-hand menu in Simployer Classic
  2. Select the Pick list report
  3. Select only the Seniority field
  4. Generate the report

The Pick list report shows the employee number, department, name, and seniority.

Option B: Use the Employee list

  1. Select the Employee list report
  2. Confirm that employment and position data is registered for the employee
  3. Generate the report

Seniority appears as part of the data in the Employee list report.

Tip

Use the Pick list report if you only need seniority data. The Employee list report provides more detailed information but requires completed position data.

Export the seniority report to Excel
