How do I configure the report?

Leave types

The built-in leave types are always included. If your company has custom leave types, map them to the correct absence category under Custom leave type mapping: unmapped types are counted as "Other".

Scope

Select Everyone at the company, or Select people to choose departments, teams, offices and so on.

Important: Sub-departments are not included automatically. Select each department individually if required.

Year

Select the reporting year. The current year includes data up to today's date. Previous years include the full calendar year.

Vacation

Include vacation in possible person-days is on by default: approved vacation days are counted as possible person-days and are not subtracted from the denominator used to calculate the sick leave percentage.

How do I download the report?
