How do I generate the Norwegian SSB Report? 

The Norwegian SSB Report is a predefined template report for quarterly reporting of self-certified sick leave (egenmelding) to Statistics Norway (SSB). Generate the report from the Template reports tab and download it when processing is complete.

Who can generate the Norwegian SSB Report? 

Users with the Owner or Administrator system role can generate the Norwegian SSB Report. 

Navigate to: Insights → Reports → Template reports

How do I generate the Norwegian SSB Report? 

1. Go to Insights → Reports → Template reports. 
2. Select Norwegian SSB Report. 
3. Select the self-certified leave types (egenmelding) to include. If your organization uses a custom egenmelding leave type, select it as well. 
4. Select one or more departments, or leave the field empty to include the entire company. 
5. Select the reporting quarter. 
6. Click Generate report. 

Note

Only self-certified sick leave (egenmelding) is included in the Norwegian SSB Report.

What report statuses can I see? 

• Queued: The report is waiting to be processed. 
• Processing: The report is currently being generated. 
• Completed: The report is ready to download. 
• Failed: The report generation failed. Generate the report again. 

Tip

You do not need to remain on the page while the report is being generated.

How do I configure the report? 

Leave types

Select the self-certified leave types (egenmelding) to include in the report. 

Important: If your organization uses a custom egenmelding leave type, you must select it when generating the report. Otherwise, those absences are not included. 

Departments

Leave the department field empty to include the entire company, or select specific departments. 

Important: Sub-departments are not included automatically. 

Quarter

Select the quarter you want to report.

How do I download the report? 

When the report status changes to Completed, download the report.

Why are some egenmelding absences missing?

If you use a custom egenmelding leave type, make sure it is selected when generating the report. 

Can I leave the page while the report is generated?
