If you want to assign the same and/or multiple different roles to several people, you can create a role set.
Go to "Administration → Fixed Registers → Role Sets." Click on the "+" sign at the top, name the role set, and add roles.
You give the role set a name and select which roles should be included.
Choose whether you want the role set to be automatically assigned to everyone who is designated as a department manager in the organizational structure. If you want it to be added automatically, check this option. If not, leave it unchecked.
When assigning roles to a person, select "Add Role Set", choose the desired setup, and the person will be assigned the roles included in that role set.
