We are super excited to invite you to our new HR system - Simployer One. Einride keeps growing at a fast pace with new, talented colleagues joining every week in multiple locations.
With the help from Simployer One, you will now have a one-stop solution for organizational charts, department overview, contact information, employment details, review cycles (rolled out during 2022) vacation/leave, and much more!

This is what Simployer One can do for you
The main features in Simployer One for you as an employee are:
Profile - Information regarding your employment and employment history together with your current compensation and compensation history. You can also see and update your personal information e.g. bank account or ICE contacts.
Time off - Here you can apply for vacation and other leaves and review your pending requests.
Documents - You will be able to find important documents, like your employment agreement, in this space. We are uploading relevant documents over the coming weeks.
Tasks - Here you will see tasks appointed to you by Managers or HR, if there are any.
People - View your colleagues' organizational belonging and contact info.
Company - Here you'll find information about your employer, organizational information and any relevant company documents.
Time reporting - Will be launched during 2022. More information to come.
We recommend you to install the Slackbot, with the Simployer One Slackbot you can review, apply for and respond to leave requests. Learn more about what you can do in Simployer One and how things work by visiting the Employee Handbook in their Help Center.
Additional information for our managers
As a manager you can see and perform some additional task. For example, you will be able to see your team’s compensation, leave requests and get notifications for important steps in your team members’ employment.
Some tasks you might do as a manager in Simployer One are listed below, if you want to learn more about each of these please read up via the link at the bottom or listen in on the manager training on January 11th.
View or edit profiles
Approve leave requests
Approve time reports
Receive onboarding and offboarding tasks - HR will trigger this, but as a manager you will receive different tasks and need to complete actions during the two different journeys.
Perform reviews together with your team members - Information about review cycles will be sent once this is rolled out during 2022.

What about PE? (SWE employees)
From 1-Feb-2022, we will stop using PE for time off reporting (leave & absence) and start using Simployer One instead. More information on this will be shared separately.
We will still continue to use PE for some things after 1-Feb-2022:
Accessing your payslip
Expenses
For those already using it: Time reporting (for hourly employees, on call, project time reporting, etc.)
HR Tools (US employees)
Please start using Simployer One immediately for time off reporting (vacation, leave, and absence).
We will still continue to use:
Paychex for accessing your Payslip, W-2, and 401k
Expensify for expense reporting
Sana Benefits for access to health, dental, and vision
Your vacation days
Please note that we will start importing your vacation balance to Simployer One starting mid-January, until then your balance will not show in Simployer One.

Once you are done with filling out the information - you are good to go and start exploring Simployer One!
