Here is a guide on how to delete cache and cookies in your browser.

In Google Chrome

In Google Chrome
Open Chrome. If Chrome is already open, make sure to finish any work to avoid losing unsaved changes.
Note: Deleting cookies and temporary files may log you out of applications you're currently logged into.Click the three vertical dots in the upper-right corner of the browser.
Click More tools > Clear browsing data.
In the popup window, go to the Advanced tab. Make sure only the same options shown in the example below are selected.
Click Clear data. Once Chrome is done processing, close and reopen the browser.
You have now cleared your cache and cookies.
In Edge Chromium
- Open Edge. If Edge is already open, finish your work to avoid losing unsaved data.
Note: Deleting cookies and temporary files may log you out of websites or apps. - Click the three horizontal dots in the top-right corner.
- Select History > Clear browsing data.
- In the popup, choose All time as the time range (especially if you've never cleared it before).
Make sure only the top four boxes are checked—this avoids removing things like saved passwords - Click Clear now. Once it’s done, close Edge completely and reopen it.
In Firefox
- Open Firefox. If Firefox is already open, make sure to finish your work to avoid losing unsaved data.
Note: Clearing cookies and cache may log you out of some accounts. - Click the three horizontal lines in the upper-right corner.
- Select settings
- Click Privacy & Security.
- Under Cookies and Site Data, click Clear Data.
- Make sure both boxes are checked, then click Clear.
- After the process is complete, close Firefox and reopen it.
You’ve now successfully deleted cache and cookies in your browser.
