It is possible to create an employee number series within our system for an legal unit.

This feature allows you to establish a structured sequence for employee identification, making it easier to manage and organize your workforce. Here’s how you can set it up:

1. **Navigate to the Organization Section**: Begin by going to the left menu and selecting "My Workplace." From there, click on "Organization." This will take you to the organizational structure of your company.

2. **Select the Legal Unit**: Once you are in the Organization section, locate and click on the legal unit for which you want to register the employee number series. This step is crucial as it ensures that the employee numbers are assigned correctly within the appropriate unit.

3. **Access the Employee Number Menu**: At the top menu for the selected legal unit, you will find an option labeled "Employee Number." Click on this option to proceed to the page where you can register your desired sequence for employee numbers.

4. **Register Your Sequence**: On the Employee Number page, you will have the opportunity to define the format and starting point of your employee number series. This customization allows you to align the numbering system with your organizational needs.
