  • Can the launch date be changed after publishing? Yes. If the review has a NOT STARTED status, the Owner can reschedule the launch date at any time.


  • Can the Owner intervene during an active review? Yes. The Owner can replace a Planner, Approver, or Final Approver at any point, and can also update salaries directly — bypassing the approval chain entirely.


  • What happens when a Planner is replaced while the review is active? The new Planner inherits all of the previous Planner's employees, including any salary proposals already entered.


  • Can the same person be both the Planner and the Approver? Yes. This is supported for organisations where a single individual manages and approves salary reviews, removing the need for a separate approver.


  • Can a Planner submit their proposal with some employees missing a salary value? No. Every employee in the Planner's group must have a salary increase entered before the proposal can be submitted.


  • How does multi-currency support work? The review uses a single base currency, but individual employees may have salaries in different local currencies. The system stores both values using pre-defined exchange rates.


  • How is a salary increase calculated? A Planner can enter either a fixed amount or a percentage. The system automatically calculates and stores both values. For example: a current salary of €9,999/month with an increase of €501 results in a new salary of €10,500/month (equivalent to +5.01%).


  • Will I lose data if I switch between tabs in the review interface? No. Data entered in the review interface is preserved when navigating between tabs.


  • Can a completed review be edited or deleted? No. A completed review is a read-only archive and cannot be modified or deleted.


  • Can an active or draft review be deleted? Yes. The Owner can delete a review at the DRAFT, NOT STARTED, or ACTIVE stage.


  • Are comments visible to everyone? No. Comments are scoped by level. Planners and their assigned Approver can see comments at the Planner level. The Approver and Final Approver share comments at the Approver level. Owners and Final Approvers have full visibility across all levels.


  • Can notification emails be sent to Planners and Approvers at different times? Yes. Notifications for Planners and Approvers can be scheduled independently within the Notifications tab.


  • Can I edit the content of notification emails? Yes. The subject line and message body for each notification can be customised directly within the module. Changes are saved automatically.
