How to use AI to generate content in Handbooks

Handbooks Administrators can use Sia to generate new content for handbook sections or improve content that has already been written.

Sia generates content based on the instructions you provide. It does not have access to your other handbook articles, uploaded documents, or policies.

Before you generate content with AI in Handbooks

To use AI generation in Handbooks:

• You must be a Handbooks Administrator.
• Go to Handbooks → Content Management.

What can Sia help you create in Handbooks?

You can use Sia to:

• Generate new content for a handbook section.
• Improve content you have already written.
• Fix grammar and spelling.
• Translate existing content into another language.

The generated result depends on the instructions and information you include in your prompt.

Generate content for a handbook section

1. Open the article and section you want to create or update.
2. In the Section Content area, select the AI Generate icon.
3. Describe what you want Sia to create or how you want the existing content to be changed.
4. Select Generate to preview the generated content.
5. Review the result.
6. Select Insert to add the generated content to the section.

Important: Review AI-generated content carefully before publishing it to make sure it follows your organization's policies and guidelines.

What information does Sia use when generating handbook content?

Sia only uses the information you provide in your prompt.

It does not have access to:

• Other handbook articles
• Uploaded documents
• Policies or other organizational content

If Sia needs to follow a specific policy, requirement, or organizational guideline, include that information directly in your prompt.

For example, you can specify the target audience, required topics, tone, structure, or policy details you want the generated content to follow.

Sia generates content in the language you use in your prompt.

How to write effective prompts for handbook content
