How do I create and publish a job in Recruitment?
Create a new job, configure the recruitment process, and publish it so candidates can start applying.
Before you begin
Complete the Recruitment setup before creating your first job. This includes configuring Recruitment permissions, the Privacy Policy, GDPR settings, and at least one publishing method.
Go to Jobs
Navigation: Recruitment → Jobs
In the menu, select **Jobs**. Here you can view all your jobs:
- Active
- Draft
- Archived
Click **Add New Job** to create a new job.
Step 1: Complete the Job Details
- Job title
- Job description
- Salary
- Location
- Other employment information
Generate a job description with AI
Select **Generate with AI** in the Description field and choose Friendly, Fun, or Professional. Review and edit the generated text before publishing.

Configure Blind Hiring
Enable Blind Hiring before candidates enter the pipeline. It cannot be enabled or disabled after candidates have applied and ends automatically after the screening interview stage.
Configure Candidate Match Scoring
Candidate Match Scoring uses AI to compare CVs with the job description. It is currently available only in English.
Step 3: Configure Interview Stages
Add or customize screening and interview stages for your recruitment process.

Step 5: Configure Scorecards
Define competencies and evaluation criteria or import an existing scorecard template.
Step 6: Share and publish the job
Choose the job's visibility
Under **Job Visibility**, choose where the job should be available and whether candidates can continue applying.
Make Internal
- The application link remains active.
- Candidates who have the direct application link can still apply.
- The job is removed from the Career Page, Jobs API, iframe, and connected job boards.
Important
Make Internal does not mean only employees can apply. Anyone with the active application link can still access and apply for the job.
Close for new applicants
- The application link becomes inactive.
- New candidates can no longer apply.
- The job is removed from the Career Page, iframe, and connected job boards.
Use this option when recruitment has finished or when you want to pause applications completely.
Internal and External
- The application link remains active.
- The job is published on your Career Page.
- The job is published to any connected job boards you select.
Use this option when the position should be available to both internal and external candidates.
Set the job expiry date
- The job is unpublished from external sources, including the Career Page.
- The application link becomes inactive.
- Candidates can no longer submit applications.
- The job remains open in Recruitment until you close it manually.
Note
External job boards may use their own publication periods. By default, some job boards remove a job 28 days after it was first published, even if you select a later expiry date in Recruitment.
Important
Review the job details and any required approvals before clicking Publish.
Reuse a previous job
- Go to Recruitment → Jobs.
- Click Add New Job.
- Select Import from previous job.
- Choose one of your Active or Archived jobs.
- Select the sections you want to reuse.
- Click Import.
Importing a previous job helps you maintain consistency and reduces manual work.
What should you do next?
After publishing the job, you can begin reviewing applications and managing candidates in the Recruitment pipeline.

Yes. Draft jobs remain available until you are ready to publish them.
Can I reuse a previous job?
Yes. Use Import from previous job to create a new job based on an existing Active or Archived job.

Yes. Recruitment can generate a draft job description that you should review before publishing.
