Learn how additional Approvers review salary proposals.
How do I approve or reject salary proposals?
- Open Compensation → Salary reviews.
- Open the assigned review.
- Review each proposal and planner comments.
- Approve or Reject each proposal.
- If rejecting, enter a comment. The proposal is returned for revision.
- After all proposals are approved, they are forwarded to the Final Approver.
