What is the manager dashboard?

The manager dashboard is a dedicated dashboard in Simployer One built specifically for managers. It brings a manager's most important information together in one place, so managers can stay on top of their team, act quickly, and get a full overview without switching between multiple views.

The manager dashboard includes three main widgets:

• Leave overview – team leave status and pending requests
• KPIs – key team metrics at a glance
• Sia – AI-powered support, available directly from the dashboard

Leave overview widget on the manager dashboard

The Leave overview widget on the manager dashboard gives managers a clear, up-to-date view of their team's leave in one place. It shows:

• Upcoming leave
• Pending leave requests
• Approved absences

Managers can approve or decline pending leave requests directly from the Leave overview widget on the dashboard, without needing to navigate elsewhere to take action.

KPI widget on the manager dashboard

The KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) widget on the manager dashboard automatically gathers and displays key team metrics from the most recent months, giving managers a fast overview without needing to search for numbers or build their own reports.

The KPI widget shows:

• Headcount
• Tenure
• Average age
• Gender distribution

Sia widget on the manager dashboard

The Sia widget on the manager dashboard gives managers direct access to Sia, Simployer One's AI assistant, without leaving the dashboard. The widget offers suggested questions and provides well-grounded answers, making it easy for managers to get help with questions as they come up during everyday manager tasks.
