Export Salary Review Data

You can export salary review data to Excel at any point during an active salary review, as well as after the review has been completed. The export provides detailed information about employees, planners, the review itself, and—when applicable—approvers.

Each export contains data for one salary review.

Who can export

The export is available to:

  • Review owners
  • HR administrators
  • Final approvers

When you can export

You can export data:

  • During an active salary review
  • After the salary review has been completed

The exported file reflects the review data at the time the export is generated.

Export format

The export is provided as an Excel workbook containing several worksheets.

Employees

The Employees worksheet contains one row for each employee in the salary review, including:

  • Current salary
  • New salary
  • Salary increase amount
  • Salary increase percentage
  • Salary period
  • Assigned planner
  • Planner approval status

Planners

The Planners worksheet contains planning and budget information, including:

  • Budget allocation
  • Percentage of the total budget
  • Allocated amount
  • Current salary spend
  • New salary spend
  • Submitted timestamp
  • Approved timestamp
  • Planner replacement history

Info

The Info worksheet provides a summary of the salary review, including:

  • Review name
  • Review status
  • Start and end dates
  • Budget type
  • Total budget
  • Total salary increase
  • Export metadata

Approvers

If the salary review includes an approval workflow, the export contains an additional Approvers worksheet with information about the approvers participating in the review.

This worksheet is included only when approvers are part of the review flow.

Limitations

Each export contains data for one salary review only.

Exporting data from multiple salary reviews into a single Excel workbook is not supported.
