How do I generate the Norwegian Sick Leave Breakdown report? 

The Norwegian Sick Leave Breakdown report provides a detailed overview of sick leave across your organization, broken down by department and optionally by employee and gender. 

Who can generate the report? 

Users with the Owner or Administrator system role can generate this report. 

Navigate to: Insights → Reports → Template reports 

How do I create the report? 

1. Open the Template reports tab and find Norwegian Sick Leave Breakdown and select View. 
2. Click Generate new report. 
3. Enter an optional Description. 
4. Select the reporting Year. 
5. If required, click Add mapping and map custom leave types (Under Custom leave type mapping. Unmapped custom types are counted as "Other").
6. Click Next.
7. Choose whether to Include vacation in possible person-days. It is on by default: approved vacation days are counted as possible person-days and are not subtracted from the denominator. 
8. Click Create. 

The report is added to the list with the status "Processing..." and then "Completed".

How do I export the report? 

1. Wait until the status is Completed. 
2. Click Download in the Action column.
3. In Export report, choose Entire organisation or Select departments.
4. If required, enable Include sub-departments. 
5. Click Continue. 
6. Under File & format, choose Group data (Monthly or Quarterly)m Unit (Days or Hours), Add extra detail (Employee breakdown and/or Gender split), Format (XLSX or PDF), Language (English or Norwegian) and Layout (Single sheet or Sheet per period). 
7. Click Export.
